Nashville Metro Plumbing
Meet the People Who Show Up at Your Door
Background-checked, licensed, and hired as much for how they treat people as for what they know about pipes. No hard sell, ever — we bring you options and let you decide.

What We Hire For
Letting a stranger into your house is a bigger ask than most trades want to admit. You are handing someone your keys, your crawlspace, and often a decision worth thousands of dollars, usually on a day that is already going badly. We take that seriously when we decide who to put on the truck.
Character matters, a lot. So does skill. We are not looking for a good person who cannot solder a joint, and we are not looking for a talented plumber who talks down to a homeowner standing on their own kitchen floor. The work asks for both at once: someone who knows what they are looking at in a ninety-year-old crawlspace, and who tells you the truth about it whether or not the truth wins us the job.
Integrity is the part you can never inspect. It is the connection made properly behind a wall you will never open again, and the visit where we tell you the water heater has four good years left instead of selling you a new one. Alongside it we look for people who actually want to serve the customer rather than close the ticket: patient with the same question asked a third time, and willing to clean up without being asked.
The technical side we train continuously, because codes and equipment keep moving. The rest we hire for, because it is far harder to teach.
Every technician is background-checked before they ever ride to a call alone, and everyone works under our state license, CMC-A #81936. That is the floor, not the standard. The standard is that you would be comfortable if they were there while your kids were home.
What Every Technician Brings
A completed background check before their first solo call
Work performed under our state license, CMC-A #81936
Shoe covers, drop cloths, and your house left the way they found it
A plain-English explanation of what is actually wrong
Photos of the work, so you can see what they saw
A written price before anything gets taken apart
The patience to answer the same question twice
Ongoing training, because codes and equipment keep moving
Options, Not Pressure
We are not in the high-pressure sales business. When a technician finds a problem, their job is to explain it clearly and lay out what you can do about it — and there is almost always more than one answer. The repair that gets you through the season and the replacement that ends the issue for twenty years are both legitimate. Which one is right depends on your house, how long you plan to be in it, and what you can spend right now.
That is your decision, not ours. Our part is making sure you have the information to make it: what each option costs, what it buys you, and what happens if you wait. Then we go quiet and let you think.
You will not get a countdown clock, a price that only holds until the van pulls out of the driveway, or a discount that evaporates if you want to talk it over with your spouse. Estimates are free, they are written down, and they are still good tomorrow. If you want a second opinion, take one — we would rather you feel certain than feel cornered.
And sometimes the honest answer is that nothing needs doing yet. We say that too. We would rather tell you the truth today and be the people you call in two years than sell you something you did not need.
How That Works in Practice
A free onsite estimate, in writing, before any work starts
More than one option whenever more than one option exists
No expiring discounts and no same-day-only pricing
A straight answer on what happens if you wait
“Not yet” treated as a real answer, not an objection to overcome
Second opinions welcome, no hard feelings
Measured on Outcomes, Not Tickets
The question we care about is whether the problem is actually gone. A drain that runs today and backs up again in March was not fixed, it was postponed. So our technicians are pointed at the cause rather than the symptom — camera the line before assuming it is a clog, check the pressure before blaming the fixture, find out why the water heater failed at eight years instead of fifteen.
That approach takes a little longer on the first visit and saves everyone the second one. It is also why we document jobs with photos: so you can see the condition of the pipe or the fitting we are talking about, rather than taking our word for it.
We are a local company serving the Nashville metro — Brentwood, Franklin, Hendersonville, Mt. Juliet, Hermitage, Green Hills and the surrounding communities. Our reputation here is the only marketing that has ever really worked for us, which is a good reason to protect it on every single call.
Common Questions
Are your technicians background checked?
Yes. Every technician clears a background check before they ever go out on a call alone. All work is performed under our Tennessee state license, CMC-A #81936, and the company carries liability insurance.
Am I going to get a hard sell?
No. Our technicians are there to diagnose the problem, explain it, and give you the options with honest tradeoffs attached. There are no expiring discounts, no prices that are only good today, and no script designed to talk you past a “let me think about it.” If the right answer is to wait, we will tell you that.
Can I get a second opinion before deciding?
Absolutely, and it will not offend anybody. Your estimate is written down and stays valid, so you can take it to another company or sleep on it. On work of any real size we would rather you feel confident than rushed.
Do you charge for an estimate?
Onsite estimates are free. We come out, look at the actual problem, and give you a fixed price in writing before any work begins — so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Will I get the same technician if I call again?
We are a small local team, so you will see familiar faces. If you had a good experience with someone in particular, tell us when you book and we will do our best to send them, subject to scheduling and what the job needs.
What if something is not right after the work is done?
Call us and we come back. We measure ourselves on whether the problem is actually gone, not on whether the ticket was closed, and standing behind our work is the whole point of being a local company that plans to stay here.
